MyFirstGym

MyFirstGym provides specialized health and fitness services for children aged 0 to 15 years. The brand operates physical activity hubs that offer a diverse curriculum of over 60 structured classes, including gymnastics, martial arts, dance, parkour, and ninja warrior. Programs are categorized by age group, ranging from motor skill development for infants to functional fitness and performance training for adolescents. Beyond regular classes, the centers facilitate supplemental services such as holiday camps, birthday parties, and supervised evening sessions. The business model utilizes a membership-based structure supported by a proprietary mobile application for class scheduling and progress tracking. Revenue is generated through recurring membership fees, casual class bookings, and private event hosting. A key operational differentiator is the integration of wearable technology and the MyMovementBuddy system, which gamifies physical activity for participants. Each franchise location typically follows a storefront format designed with specialized fitness equipment, a dedicated free-play arena, and a lounge area for parents. Founded in 2018, the franchise is positioned within the Australian youth fitness sector. The brand has established a network of approximately 11 units, with a primary geographic footprint concentrated in Queensland and New South Wales, alongside locations in the Australian Capital Territory and Victoria.
